My name is Marissa Buckley, and I'm the founder of RevUp Studio.
I started in computer science. I spent the early part of my career building frontend systems and figuring out how technology works at the architecture level. That background stayed with me. It shows up in everything I build today.
From there, I went deeper: building websites, CRMs, and sales platforms until I found my way to the founders themselves. Starting in 2008, I partnered with some of the sharpest technology builders in Silicon Valley and Raleigh, shipping award-winning, industry-first products through agile development. I had a front-row seat to what worked and what fell short. And what I kept seeing was the same gap: founders with incredible products who lacked a brand, had weak customer success and retention strategies leaving a sizable portion of CLV on the table, and zero scalable GTM to take them to market.
That's why RevUp Studio exists. We're not an agency. We're a builder's studio. We engineer brand amplification and content systems to accelerate growth. Strategy first, systems second, execution third. It's how a developer thinks. And it's how RevUp works.

RevUp's AI-powered brand and content engines are built with Claude Code. Real agent architectures with modular skill systems, voice calibration, and content-to-content pipelines. My CS background is the reason this offering exists.
I speak MGA, MGU, E&S, soft market, binding authority, loss ratio, CAT exposure, and program design fluently. My clients can skip the education phase. I've worked in and around insurance technology for years, and that depth shows up in every piece of content, every campaign, and every strategy we build.
Every system we deploy for clients, we run internally first. Our own finance, content production, and operations run on the same AI-native architecture we build for you. When I say we build engines, I mean it literally. Our internal agent handles our bookkeeping. Another one runs our content workflows. You're not buying theory.
I work with founders as a founder. I've built a business, managed cash flow, wrestled with scope creep, and figured out where to draw the line. RevUp is a one-founder studio with direct access to the person doing the work. You talk to me. I build with you. That's the relationship.
FounderLM is the knowledge platform I'm building alongside RevUp. It's a podcast, a community, and eventually a product — a learning model trained on real founder knowledge.
The Founder Due Diligence Series features conversations with founders and leaders who've raised capital, built teams, and made the hard calls. Short episodes, real talk, straight signal.
