RevUp Studio · A Builder Studio for InsurTech Founders

The truth,
made believable.

Somewhere in what you do is a truth your competitors cannot follow and your buyers genuinely care about. This page follows that truth from discovery to the engine that carries it: the science, the craft, and the taste it takes to be believed. It is the story of everything we build.

Chapter 01 / The Truth

It begins with
what is true.

Every company we build with holds a truth: something it does so well that competitors struggle to follow and buyers genuinely care. For one operations partner, that truth was operational excellence, so we brought industry leaders to the table to talk about what excellence means in their eyes, and every word carried our client’s name.

The work begins as a search through interviews, transcript mining, and market study until we find the truth points strong enough to build on.

Chapter 02 / The Bar

Good enough
is invisible.

Taste and judgment are rapidly sharpening skills, in buyers, in investors, and in the AI answer engines that now recommend companies. They sniff out mediocrity in a glance. Clearing that bar takes rigor, sophistication, science and art.

Believability begets trust. Trust earns credibility. Credibility earns the moment a customer chooses you.

Chapter 03 / The Science

Infrastructure
as science.

Under every engine sits a Founder Intelligence Layer that learns recursively. It holds the brand, company, and product identities. It carries industry intelligence and a working understanding of the ecosystem’s players. And it optimizes continuously, writing every result back into the system.

What worked yesterday will not work tomorrow. The engine is built to operate at the frontier, so your marketing moves as fast as the field does.

Chapter 04 / The Craft

Voice,
protected.

In the engines we build, a founder’s voice is a specification, enforced the way engineers enforce anything that matters. Company values carry machine-checked evaluations, because a value with no check behind it is a slogan. Every draft passes deterministic gates that catch the tells of machine writing before a human ever reads it. And the systems refuse to fabricate.

This is engineering applied to being believed.

Chapter 05 / The Art

Elegance,
on command.

The engine produces finished craft, and it shows its work. It builds lookbooks where every asset shares one locked design language, galleries of campaign creative rendered and ready to publish, and prompt libraries that hold the brand’s intelligence so the next asset starts where the last one ended. Proposals and feature stories arrive as living, interactive pages rather than static decks.

The work demonstrates itself.

Chapter 06 / The Engine

Built to free
the founder.

Every engine is a marketing operations innovation, designed to conserve a company’s scarcest resources: the founder’s time, attention, and presence. Voice is the interface because it asks the least of you. Speak for a few minutes and the engine researches, drafts, designs, and schedules in your voice, with your approval at every gate. Marketing teams work inside the same engine, using it to produce and refine content across every channel.

Your presence gets stronger, and your calendar fills with the conversations a founder actually wants: the ones that close deals, secure funding, and carry the company to its exit.

The Fit · Who We Build With

We won’t build with everyone.
By design.

Believability can only be built where real value exists: real differentiation, real purpose, real vision. We build with founders who can articulate a compelling vision and believe it themselves. When that is true, our work is to find the strongest truths inside it and prove them to the market. When it is missing, no engine can supply it, and we will say so in the first conversation.

The Build

All of it compiles into an engine you own.

We build it with you across five stages, from a facilitated founder intake to a self-optimizing loop, and it runs in your accounts, in your voice, after we step away. You own the engine and everything it produces, outright. And because RevUp never stops moving forward, the skills underneath keep improving quarter after quarter, so your engine holds the frontier.

The Builder

Born to build.

Marissa Buckley is a marketing technologist with a computer science background and two decades across the industries she serves: motorsports entertainment, real estate development and construction, and insurance. She has shipped through every major platform shift: the first mobile storm tracker in insurance, the first homeowners insurance app (100,000 downloads in four days), the first social-media disaster-response platform on IBM Watson, and the first AI voice and chatbot system for claims.

RevUp is what happens when an operator who has spent her career shipping firsts turns that engineering instinct on marketing itself, and then hands the machine to the founder.

Frequently asked
questions.

An AI-native marketing engine is owned marketing infrastructure that produces content in a company’s voice and improves itself over time. RevUp builds it AI-first across five stages, from founder intake to a self-optimizing loop. One engine runs the work of a full marketing team, and the founder owns it and operates it independently.

A builder studio designs and builds systems clients own and operate independently. A marketing agency produces ongoing deliverables you depend on them to keep making. RevUp builds an AI-native marketing engine the founder owns, and it keeps running after the engagement ends. Every engine runs on sophisticated, continuously updated intelligence, the Founder Intelligence Layer, rather than static brand guidelines and stale research.

RevUp builds the engine as a five-stage pipeline. Founder Context Protocol captures the founder’s voice and positioning into the Founder Intelligence Layer. Core Identity compiles brand, ICP profiles, positioning, and a machine-readable voice specification, grounded in competitor and market research. Architecture stands up an agentic marketing organization with MCP integrations. Skills & Loops run RevUp’s pre-built skill library in scheduled loops. Optimization & Feedback instruments the engine and writes telemetry back to the layer so it improves over time.

The Founder Context Protocol is RevUp’s proprietary founder intake: a facilitated session that gives founders room to think deeply about the company and define the framework that focuses the entire system on brand voice and revenue. It captures origin, vocabulary, positioning, and decision logic into a versioned context file that seeds the Founder Intelligence Layer.

The Founder Intelligence Layer is the source of truth built into every RevUp engine. It is seeded by the Founder Context Protocol, populated with research, and continuously updated by a monthly monitoring layer and RevUp’s field intelligence. Every agent reads from it at generation time, so output stays on-voice and current.

Yes. The founder owns the engine outright and operates it independently. It runs on RevUp’s pre-built skill library, which RevUp maintains on a quarterly cycle, and it remains fully portable.

RevUp Studio specializes in InsurTech: MGAs, MGUs, carriers, and InsurTech SaaS companies. RevUp is fluent in insurance terminology including binding authority, E&S markets, surplus lines, program design, CAT exposure, loss ratios, and reinsurance, so clients skip the education phase.

The Invitation

Your truth is already there. The engine that proves it is what we build.

Somewhere in your market, one company will become the voice everyone trusts, cites, and chooses. If you can articulate your vision and believe it, we would like to hear it. Tell us what you are building, and we will tell you honestly whether an engine changes your trajectory.
