A 6-week cohort program that makes your brand visible across ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and Perplexity. You leave with a fully implemented AEO system ready to run.
Search rankings still matter. But they're not where discovery starts anymore.
When your buyer asks ChatGPT for a recommendation, your brand needs to be the answer.
We audit how AI models currently see your brand. Map the prompts your buyers are asking. Identify where you show up, where competitors show up, and where the open lanes are.
Rewrite key pages for AI crawlability and citation. Restructure content architecture so models can extract and reference your expertise accurately.
Build your knowledge base on searchable platforms. Implement structured schema and machine-readable files that tell AI models exactly what your company does, who you serve, and what to cite.
Develop a contributor strategy for industry publications, press releases, and co-authored content that creates the external citations AI models rely on.
Set up AEO performance tracking across ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and Perplexity. Measure prompt rankings, citation sources, and visibility scores. Iterate on what's working.
Build your 90-day AEO maintenance plan. Peer benchmarking session across the cohort. You leave with a system that runs on its own.
About 2 hours per week — one 90-minute live cohort session and ~30 minutes of implementation work between sessions. Founders who treat it as 4+ hours a week ship a stronger system, but 2 is the baseline.
Week 2 (June 29 – July 5) is structured as an async week. No live group session. Instead: a recorded module on prompt benchmarking, an intake review with personalized Loom feedback, and an optional Friday morning Slack office hour for anyone working through the weekend.
The cohort seat is one founder. Your marketing or content lead is welcome to attend recorded sessions and join the Slack workspace, but live sessions are founder-only — the methodology centers on the founder's voice and brand decisions.
Full refund within 7 days of cohort kickoff, no questions asked. After week 1 the program is non-refundable because the audit and baseline work — the most expensive piece of the cohort — is already complete.
Implementation. Most AEO offerings stop at audit and recommendations. The Accelerator ships the work: llms.txt deployed, FAQ schema live, pillar pages rewritten, AI Visibility Score baselined and tracked. You leave with a system that runs, not a slide deck.
About 30 minutes of implementation per week. Week 1: complete intake form, share analytics access. Weeks 2–3: review and approve page rewrites and schema additions. Weeks 4–5: identify 3–5 third-party authority targets (publications, podcasts) for citation building. Week 6: review the 90-day maintenance plan.
Cohort 1 starts Monday, June 22 with 8 founder seats. We review applications as they come in and confirm acceptance within 3 business days. The cohort fills first-come, first-fit — earlier applications get earlier confirmation.
